Product Designer

About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team. You'll design clear and useful interfaces for apps, websites, and tools that solve real problems.

What you'll do

• - Design user-friendly interfaces in Figma
• - Collaborate with product managers and engineers
• - Conduct user testing and iterate on feedback
• - Build and maintain design systems
• - Ensure accessibility and responsiveness in designs
• - Contribute to team rituals and design critiques

What you'll need

• - 3+ years of experience in product or UX design
• - Proficiency in Figma
• - Strong UX thinking and attention to detail
• - Experience working with design systems
• - Ability to explain design decisions clearly
• - Comfortable working in a remote, async team

Nice to have

• - Experience with motion design
• - Experience designing for mobile apps
• - Frontend coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/React)
• - Experience in user research
