Co-founder

About the role

We’re looking for a co-founder to help build Polychromeer into a world-class, independent design company. You’ll help shape our roadmap, attract clients and talent, and grow the business sustainably.

What you'll do

• - Lead strategic planning and vision
• - Oversee day-to-day operations or product/service delivery
• - Support business development and client relationships
• - Shape and strengthen team culture
• - Work closely on hiring, partnerships, and finance decisions
• - Own results alongside the founding team

What you'll need

• - Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership experience
• - Proven experience building teams or companies
• - Deep understanding of product design or tech startups
• - Communication, planning, and decision-making skills
• - Risk tolerance and long-term thinking

Nice to have

• - Experience raising capital
• - Design, engineering, or marketing background
• - Previous co-founding experience
• - Lisbon-based or able to visit regularly
