Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your engagement with Polychromeer's design and development services. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

In these Terms:

• 'Polychromeer', 'we', 'our', or 'us' refers to our design studio
• 'Services' refers to our UX/UI design, product design, web development, and related services
• 'Client', 'you', or 'your' refers to the individual or entity engaging our services
• 'Deliverables' refers to the work products we create for you

Our services are provided on a project basis with specific terms outlined in individual service agreements. Each project will include:

• Detailed scope of work
• Timeline and milestones
• Deliverables and acceptance criteria
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement:

• We retain rights to our pre-existing intellectual property
• Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final deliverables
• We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio
• You grant us permission to use your brand for attribution

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payments are made via bank transfer
• All fees are exclusive of taxes
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be suspended for non-payment

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client information and data
• Project details and specifications
• Business strategies and plans
• Technical information and trade secrets

Our liability is limited to:

• The amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• Direct damages only
• Claims brought within one year of the cause of action

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate a service agreement:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for material breach
• Upon completion of the project

Upon termination, you remain liable for work completed and expenses incurred.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
